Fast and easy purchase We stopped by on a Friday afternoon to check out the new Sienna. Both we very fair and made it too hard to pass up. We completed the purchase and financing in under 2 hours. Everyone on the staff was friendly and easy to deal with, no high pressure sales tactics. This is our second vehicle we bought from Ourisman Chantilly and will be back next time we are lookng for a car. More

Communication decreased after I made purchased I purchased a car this week at a fine deal. During the negotiation the sales person assured me they would re-detail the car and get out a smoke smell. I purchased a car this week at a fine deal. During the negotiation the sales person assured me they would re-detail the car and get out a smoke smell. He also said all service would be available a closer Ourisman shop as the Chantilly location is far from me. Unfortunately, after finishing the deal they did not remove the smell and said I would have to drive the car back if I wanted to have it re-detailed! They also didn't have a second key and at the last minute had to give me a "we owe you" for a reimbursement so I now have to go and get a second key made and programed. They said I could do this at an Ourisman very near me, but I have just learned that the Ourisman near me does not have the Toyota technology so I have to drive all the way back to Chantilly. Fortunately, the closer Ourisman has agreed, thanks to a call from Manager Poya at Chantilly who wasn't involved in my purchase, to do a smoke treatment. Let's hope it gets the smell out. I'm annoyed that they don't care to maintain this customer relationship now that the I've driven off the lot. They said what they needed to to get the car sold. More

We came in knowing that we wanted a used car for our teenage driver and within the first 30 minutes of our visit, we found the car that met all of our needs. Our concern was the length of time it would take to get through the negotiating/buying experience and truly it was quick and seamless. We were pleased with the quick attention that we received from our salesperson and all throughout the process. The vehicle was ready for us to drive away - full tank of gas and very clean. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone - great inventory, good / helpful sales and financial staff. More
