I finally had to Uber to the dealership just to get answers. Jonathan was helpful, but he was the only one. I was told a part would be ordered and that I’d get a call Monday. It’s been over two weeks with no updates and no returned calls. What was I asking for? Simply to repair the lightbulb in the center storage compartment. They stated the bulb didn’t work because the wiring chassis was damaged by their technician on a previous visit. They allegedly repaired the wiring harness but bulb still didn’t work. Haven’t heard a peep from them since since. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down basic information about their own vehicle. Especially when they acknowledged themselves as being to blame for the issue. More

Mileage is a factor, but it’s not a straight-line formula like that. What stood out even more was the inconsistency in communication. I was initially told there was no flexibility or discounts available, but later told a small discount was the “final” offer. That contradiction made the process feel unclear and not very transparent. I’m glad I clarified all of this over the phone before making the trip, because based on that interaction, it didn’t seem like there was a genuine willingness to work toward a deal. More

Absolutely wonderful experience! Car was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge in battery- as suspected needed a new battery. They were kind, quick and professional from start to finish.
