I purchased a vehicle, however at times the sales person was a bit pushy and I did not like that. I went to see a vehicle the day before and I have decided to buy the vehicle the day after and they did not was a bit pushy and I did not like that. I went to see a vehicle the day before and I have decided to buy the vehicle the day after and they did not even offer me the $1000 trade.in bonus when I mentioned that the sales person said it’s too late to apply for it. That was disappointed because I was there and they could have honored it and I mentioned while I was there at the dealership and not that I was mentioning about it on the phone. I traded in the vehicle but it seems like I was ineligible to receive that bonus offer which was quite disappointing and also I didn’t like the finance manager”s attitude. Not a positive experience. Overall, OK, with the dealership. I may have to think twice if I wanted to refer someone to buy a vehicle from them. Also, the vehicle driver seat is damaged and I asked if they could fix it but they said no. I was disappointed of that as well. Now I have to buy car seat cushion covers to cover the damaged area of the driver seat. I paid in full and expected to have a much better service from this dealership but it was somewhat disappointed. More

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Where to begin. Too lengthy of a process. Picked up the vehicle 12/7/24, vehicle broke down in my driveway 12/14/24, wouldn't start. Contacted them m Where to begin. Contacted them multiple times and was told to use my purchased extended warranty even though I was told I had a 30 day warranty through the dealer just for my purchase. After a week of no response a member of my family (with knowledge of working in a dealer) contacted them asking for someone important, it was finally towed on 12/19/24, got it back 12/27/24. Fast forward to 1/10/25- (5 days before my warranty payment was due mind you) i get a call that my warranty ppwrk was submitted incorrectly and there is not a 2yr plan available so my monthly payment would be DOUBLE. Told him w our car payment already being higher than we hoped for, we wouldn't be able to pay double for warranty. Was basically told "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" so I said let me discuss with my husband over the weekend. Called him back 1/13/25 no response (shocker!). I then get a call from my salesman that Monday night stating that he was driving to my house that night so I could RE-sign OTHER paperwork that was not correct so they could submit for my PA tags since my MD temporary tags expire 2/5/25. I asked again about my warranty since I signed a contract and so did they and was told "they were diligently submitting for an exception to uphold the ppwrk submitted". Multiple attempts to contact them with no response, which appears to be there typical thing there-AVOIDANCE, thinking if they stop responding it will go away but IT WON'T. Here we are 1/29/25 and I still have yet to receive my PA tags and still have to get a PA inspection once I receive them. WHAT A xxxxSHOW of a dealer. I already pulled one referral I had initially sent to them, I hope to save someone else from the giant headache. The only good thing I can say about them was my salesman, hopefully he wises up and seeks employment elsewhere. If they treat their customers like this I would hate to see how they treat their employees!! More
