We had a deal locked in on the Out-the-Door (OTD) price, and I was told my credit had already been approved through GM Financial with a great promotional interest rate.The issue started when I asked the salesperson, Miguel Perez, for a simple screenshot or photo of the official credit approval sheet to confirm that the rate and the monthly payment we agreed on were being honored in writing before making the drive to the dealership. Since I work consecutive 12-hour shifts at the beginning of the week, today was my only day off, and I refused to go in blindly and waste my time.Miguel completely refused to send any digital proof, making the old excuse that "the system doesn't allow it." When I stood my ground demanding basic transparency, his attitude became completely unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive, bluntly telling me that if I wanted to come I could, and if not, don't.It is a shame that Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville loses a guaranteed vehicle sale due to obsolete pressure tactics and the terrible attitude of salespeople like Miguel Perez. They shamelessly play games with customers' time. If you want honesty and transparency, look for another dealership. More

Typical dealer. I get there and the test drive/initial discussion goes well. Then I guess I am handed off to finance for the next 2.5 hours. My sales person disappears as I guess he is selling more cars. Every once in a while some one comes back. At the 3 hours mark, I find the manager and general manager. I tell them they have 5 min to close the deal or I walk out. It takes another hour to literally sign 8 papers. Fast forward 1 week and no papers emailed to me (as promised). I call and of course their ppl cant answer any questions. I call 5 times and never get to someone. I send an angry text to my salesperson who is able to get me the papers. Fast forward another week. The lease buy out on my traded in car hasn’t been processed. I call and once again leave a message. At this point, I am regretting my decision and should have picked another dealer as the car is lovely. I am also wondering if need to open a ticket with Chevrolet customer service as well. Why does it take this long to do this and why is it this hard to copy numbers from one thing to another. I see lots of ppl have a good experience with this dealer, but I can’t say the same. The only reason I have it 2 stars vice 1 is the parts department. I was promised all weather mats for free and the gentleman in parts was great. They were out of stock, but he looked anyways and found everything in the back. Even helped me load the car as the mats were huge. Update (4.24.26) - down to one star (I would remove it if i could). My temp tags are expiring in less than two weeks and not a single person can tell me what is going on. MVA hasnt issued anything to me, Henry has ignored 3 of my emails, and their customer service line just ignores emails. So, i guess the only option is to not have a car once these tags expire? By far - the worst experience i have had yet with buying a car and 100% WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. My next stop is a complaint directly to Chevrolet. More

Do not get your car serviced here. Long review, but honest experience. I bought a 2011 Cruze in 2023 and brought it to this dealership ever since. Since then, this dealership has done over $9,000 in repairs. They put things on the “critical” list like changing the engine air filter for $130+ - went to change it myself to find out that IT DIDN’T EVEN NEED REPLACING. Took my car in for a leak recently, cooling lines for the transmission needed replaced. After leaving the dealership the part broke almost immediately. I had to bring it back in and have them replace the part under warranty. The part was on back order and no one notified me, once I called they told me and said they didn’t know when it would come.. and refused to offer me a loaner car - so be aware of that. It took over 3 weeks to get my car back and I was paying even more money on alternate transportation because of their problem and parts. I contacted GM while this was going on to get a loaner or push the part delay along or something, anything. Their response was: “I do apologize, but due to the age of the vehicle, we cannot escalate this to our part delay team. Additionally, we cannot expedite this part due to the sheer age of the vehicle, as well. We have to wait till the part becomes available. At this time, I advise to keep reaching out to the dealer every so often for updates.” Zero help from anyone on anything. When I went to pick up my car finally, they had run other diagnostics on the car and they FORGOT to put my hubcap back on… they just left it in the front seat of my car. I also witnessed them try to pull the wool over a 96 year old man eyes there in the waiting room telling him his battery needed services totaling over $300. The man asked why he wouldn’t just buy a new battery at that rate…. They came back with a new $80 price for him. Wild and sad. I strongly recommend having your car serviced somewhere that won’t run you dry, lie to you, and provide poor service to your vehicle like this place. I’ve contacted both Andrew Becker (Service Director) and Henry Panjshiri (General Manager) about my issues to no avail. More
