I have dealt with Andy for new cars since 1993 and will continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. I often have my car serviced here as well but have a hard time getting time off to get repairs comp continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. It would be easier to get a rental the night before (since I start so early) and pick up my car after work but don't really want to pay for it. The shuttle service was wonderful when I worked closer and at a better location. I also would like to "know" the person who works on my car, not just the person in the suit who oversees them. When I went to the finance dept they charged me the freight charge, but I was not surprised, because it was on the internet. The finance guy even worked with me a little on the interest rate. Internet buying can be a good experience if you verify everything first. I've purchased more than 30 new cars and this was one of the least stressful experiences, thank you Ourisman Chevrolet. More
