Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for Media Diagnostics. The Service Department had to order the part. Said it would be in sometime "next week". Later that afternoon they called to let me know the vehicle was ready. I had an Extended Warranty that they sold me when I bought the Vehicle. They handled everything.
