Nasty sales managers I visited this dealership twice on two different occasions. During my visit the sale manager Jeff Borakove was highly and I mean highly disrespectful I visited this dealership twice on two different occasions. During my visit the sale manager Jeff Borakove was highly and I mean highly disrespectful to my salesman it was very unaceptable. He did not even care that I was sitting there. On my second visit he was nasty again not to mention another one by the name of Mitch or something like that tried to pull a scam by stealing me from the salesman that was helping me once again they didn't care that I was sitting there. PATHETIC! To the GM, Controller and anyone else you need to stop the madness with these so called sales managers because they don't know who walks through that door and their purpose of being there. Because of Jeff and Mitch you lost 2 sales. Learn how to respect your fellow coworkers! You cost the salesman 2 sales. I will not purchase nor recommend anyone to this place and (for the courteous salesman that did help me thank you so much you were great I give you 5 stars) More

Great Service Previously came to this dealer for a key fob replacement; which was cheaper for both the programming and the part than other dealers in the area. Loving my Jeep!! I found Ourisman Clarksville on truecar.com and in a matter of minutes after I filled in my contact info Jared Specht was calling me to find out exact I found Ourisman Clarksville on truecar.com and in a matter of minutes after I filled in my contact info Jared Specht was calling me to find out exactly what I was looking for in a car. I went to look at what Jared had found for me two days later and I fell in love with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove it twice to make sure it was the right fit and about four hours later I was going home in my new heated seat, sunroofed, black-rimmed Jeep. From start to finish Jared made this process very easy for me and I am so grateful for that! The only negative comment I have is that the navigation feature wasn't added onto my truck as it should of been when I purchased it so I have to go back for it to be installed. But other than that, this dealership gets a 5-star rating from me! More

Love my Wrangler Unlimited Bought a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition. I must say so far so good it drives excellent and is exactly my wife wanted. John Treat wa Bought a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition. I must say so far so good it drives excellent and is exactly my wife wanted. John Treat was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Most of the deal was done via phone and internet being that I live in North Carolina. I spoke with John about the vehicle he guided me to all the information and gave me a fare price. I called him later that day told him I was flying in the next morning he had the vehicle ready to go I was in the dealership no more than 1 1/2 hours and that was just getting the finance and insurance paperwork squared away. Once I got in with Dina the finance professional I was in and out of her office within 10 minutes. got the keys and started me trek back to North Carolina. I gave the dealership a four star only because I had to fly up to get the car because the dealership I was dealing with in NC was having issues trying to secure the vehicle for transfer from Ourisman Jeep. I guess I cannot blame the dealership but I can and do. It would have been a lot easier if the two dealerships could have made the transfer and I would not have to have been stuck driving in the D.C. madness which took me 7 hours for a trip that would have normally taken 4.5 hours. Overall If I had to do it again I would. It was the exact vehicle we wanted and it was not able to be ordered so we did what we had to do. Thank you John for the professional experience. More
