Biz made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. My wife and I had purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago for my older son from another Jeep dealer so we thought we would go back to the same dealership to purchase another Jeep. Unfortunately the sales representative that we dealt with was no longer there so we here handed off to another sales rep. The service I thought we would get as a repeat customer was the furthest from what we expected. Before my wife and I decided on what Jeep to purchase we wanted to know what the interest rate would be and the monthly payment. They made us wait over an hour for the finance department and when they came out to get us the finance manager said he could meet with us now that we had agreed on a sales price. We had never agreed to any price or even the type of vehicle we were going to purchase. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership angry and frustrated. We decided to try one more dealership before we gave up on getting my son a Jeep for Christmas. We walked into Ourisman and right from the moment we were greeted we were treated as a customer should be treated. We were introduced to Biz and within minutes my guard was down and I felt very comfortable talking with Biz. Biz listened to me complain about how I had been treated by the other dealership and without bashing the other dealership Biz made it clear that we had come to the right place. Everything we asked Biz to do he did without question and made sure we received the answers we were looking for. He never once pushed us to buy a Jeep through the whole process, as a matter of fact he was willing to show us several different Jeeps and went through the benefits of each and made sure the Jeeps include the options that were most important to us. We communicated via text until 11:00 pm on Friday, he made sure I had all the answers that I needed to make a decision. When I came back to sign the papers on Christmas Eve, Biz had all the paperwork ready for us and we were in and out within 1 hour. If Ourisman can fill their showroom with Bizs I know without a doubt your dealership will be one of the best dealerships in the area. My wife and I have already made the decision to purchase another Jeep from Biz when my oldest daughter is ready to drive. Congratulations to Ourisman for hiring such an outstanding individual. First Time Jeep Buyer - Great Experience Having never owned a Jeep before, we needed to get an additional car due to my teenager getting his license. We were greeted promptly by one of the sales managers (Jeff) and introduced to a sales person right away (Ace). We gave the sales person our criteria and he showed us a number of options in both certified used and new. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. When we decided which vehicle we wanted he was instrumental in coordinating with the sales manager (Justin) and we were able to come to an agreeable final price after a period of negotiation. I will say we were in contact with other dealerships and in the end Ourisman was the best priced in the DMV area based on our vhecile of choice (2016 Renegade Trailhawk) The financing went smoothly and the additional time spent on all the features on my vehicle was extremely helpful. In the end this was probably my best experience purchasing a vehicle and I attribute it to the how Ourisman trains it personnel but the most important thing to me was that there was "NO HARD SELL" during the whole process at any point. The reason I put 4 stars not 5 is the fiance team could not match the interest rate that I got from my bank and what they offered me was significantly higher. I was under the impression that is going to be an easy process from the dealer, I had to deal with my bank to get the interest rate that I deserve and wait couple of days to get my car. As a dealer selling cars in a very competitive market, I think they have to have additional resources when it comes to interest rate. From legal perspective (paper, registration, insurance...) The finance lady was expert and very organized as well. More

Jeremy's demeanor and knowledge is the main reason that I made my purchase at Ourisman. I was also quite happy with Dina. She made the paperwork process flow smoothly. Everything we were doing made sense as she explained it. I also had my first experience with the Service Department. To my surprise, I noticed a small screw in the tire when I picked up the car. Since the service department was closed, we agreed I would return the next day. After meeting Mike and Jesse, the problem was resolved expeditiously, even as the Service Department was busy with other customers. The screw turned out to be a tiny little one with no consequences after removing it. Thinking back on my experience, I am very happy with the entire experience and look forward to future dealings with the staff at Ourisman. More
