I have always gotten the deal I wanted from them, but I do a lot of research online before going shopping. I have a good idea of what price I should pay. My only negative (and it is just not a comment on this dealership BUT of all car dealerships) is the time it takes to get to the business office to finalize. The business off trip should take 15 minutes. Everything is computerized. We waited for nearly 1 1/2 hours just for the one business office person in the dealership on a Friday night. In my opinion the dealerships do this to keep you in the showroom to look at other cars to see if they could get an impulse buy. More
