They don't go nuts on the up-selling, which other dealing have driven me crazy with. Oh! And Sherwin Wilson was kind of a joy to buy a car from. He was very nice and quietly confident--not obnoxious at all. And he was super fast while i went through test driving different option. It was great. I wanted to compare a few models that I was interested in so I contacted the internet salesman. He provided me with breakdowns of each of the vehicles I was looking at, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, when I visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle, the salesperson was extremely helpful, providing really good information and also was fast, efficient and did not make me feel pressured. Overall, this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Previously, I went to another dealership in Columbia and had a very different, and less positive, experience. They were extremely relaxed and helped ease me through the purchase of my first car. I wanted a very specific build for my wrangler jk that I could not find anywhere. The service manager Dwayne Bridget is always professional and friendly, helpful and always working to make the after purchase experience a pleasant one. Other service and sales staff like Jason Kerr were always willing to answer any questions I might have if my sales rep. was not available. The parts department mirrored the great service I got everywhere in this dealership. Overall, I am not just pleased with a quality Jeep vehicle, but with the entire Ourisman Team. My wife had purchased a vehicle there and the way she was treated was the reason I came back for one for me. Mr Haslup, you should be well pleased and proud of your great Team. Best dealership experience I have ever had I had stopped at the dealership to look for a very specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to replace the one I had recently lost due to an accident. My insurance company had declared it a total loss. I loved my Jeep and wanted another one just like it. When I stopped at the dealership I saw a Jeep just like the one I lost. While on the lot a very nice young man who identified himself a Jason Kerr approached me and asked if I had any questions. I told Jason my story and what I was looking for and it seemed like I found it. Jason was very easy to talk to and I found out very knowledgeable. The entire transaction went very smoothly and within a couple of hours I was driving my new Jeep home.
