Not a good sales experience, no lug nut key and no concern! I bought my Jeep here last May and overall it was the worst experience I have had. I looked at Jeeps for over a year before deciding what model, featu I bought my Jeep here last May and overall it was the worst experience I have had. I looked at Jeeps for over a year before deciding what model, features etc then found some of them online as the local dealers didn't have what I wanted. The closest one was at Ourisman which is over 2 hours from my house unfortunately. I went there with my family and took a few jeeps for a test drive. As soon as we arrived(9am) I let the salesman know I had to be at work at 3:30pm 2 hours away(I worked 2nd shift at the time). After test driving a few I asked to go over some of the numbers for various jeeps and narrowed it down to one in particular. The price listed was decent but it was a leftover from 2013. We started to negotiate and that's when it started going downhill. Almost every question we asked the salesman replied he didn't know or didn't have any power to make a decision. He wasn't willing to negotiate and then after being prompted to went back to the sales manager to ask the question and return... it was like a back and forth whisper down the lane with the salesman as the go between. We eventually got "the man behind the curtain" to come out sort of but it wasn't much better. They still wouldn't negotiate and even tried to keep me from getting the manufacturer discount I get on certain cars through the company I worked for then! It was only about $500 too! All this took a ton of time and after we got to the point that it wasn't worth attempting to negotiate any longer and I decided I did in fact deem the car worth it despite the lack of negotiating, I made it clear that I wanted the Jeep and was intent on purchasing it. The guy didn't seem to think I was serious I guess as he didn't get any finance stuff started or get the ball rolling really. At this point I reminded him I needed to leave for work in the next 30 minute or maybe an hour if I was pushing it. I thought that would light the fire but it didn't. He then basically told me I should not show up for work because if I left he was going to sell the Jeep to someone else that night! He said he had 2 people coming to look at that specific Jeep which was surely an attempt to get me to skip work. I doubt that the chances of a leftover Jeep having 2 people coming to see it the exact night I was there are very high. Ridiculous! They had a buyer ready and willing to sign and instead of figuring out how to make it work and making it a good experience(after all the negotiating was done) they acted like novices. I ended up leaving wasting my entire morning. I would have went elsewhere but the next closest model with all the features etc I wanted was in Kansas so I went back and low and behold the jeep was still there. I ended up buying it and I am happy with the Jeep itself other than the fact that the Ourisman dealership lost the locking lug nut key! I realized this shortly after buying it. The package that the lug nuts and key came in was in the glove box so I had assumed the key was in it. I looked EVERYWHERE in the Jeep and it was most certainly not there. I contacted Ourisman and they dropped the ball again. The salesman said he would look into it... no follow through. I contacted him again, same thing. I contacted people above him and eventually someone told me that the final answer was essentially that it's not their problem but they would send me $100 towards paying to get those locking nuts off. I never did see that money but luckily a tire shop got them off by pounding old lug nut wrenches onto the lock nuts and carefully removing them over the course of 2 hours and only charged me $20. Bottom line, don't go to Ourisman, I know I never will. More

On two separate occasions my wife and I were not even acknowledged, let alone greeted as we walked in. Prior to coming in, I was promised to get a call back several times, but never got it. I came to purchase a used car. I had a quote from CarMax for my trade-in, that they offered me $8,500 less. If that wasn't hilarious enough, when I asked about financing, they offered me a rate that was 2% higher than what I had been pre-approved for online the same day. Didn't even ask me for my personal info to check my credit history, just came up with a rate saying that it was a market average today. What a joke. Biz was a "very helpful" salesman. More

From the time I inquired about my vehicle online to the time I got keys in hand Mitch made sure me and my Mom were comfortable. He went above and beyond for us the entire time and he was honest. I would definitely purchase from Mitch again. The only con I had was sitting with Dina, one of the finance reps. She was very rude to my Mom and I and if it was not for Mitch and Jeff I would have took my money elsewhere. She made me and my Mom feel like we were stupid and that we did'nt know what we were talking about. She is why I gave this dealership a 4. Fix her attitude and this dealership is a 5! His price was fair, below the online pricing guides for an "exceptional" deal.
