First contact was with Daniel, the dealer's Internet guy, and then with John, the sales rep. Both were outstanding, professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. The Costco program offers a no-haggle pricing system and requires the sales rep to undergo special "Costco customer support" training. I don't think John and Daniel needing the extra training. Michell was very knowledgable, helpful and had a great personality that blended well with ours, thus making the lengthy process of purchasing a new vehicle easier. At no time did I feel pressured, and Jeff Borakova and Michell worked with my husband and I so that we could get our monthly payments to be where I wanted them. Dina Marshalek assisted in the contract paperwork, and she was very nice as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and the sales people I worked with personally, are top notch.
