Love my JEEP I have been a service customer only for the past 4 years, so when it came to buying a new car I decided this was the place. Great Experience Great experience buying our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willy's edition. We looked at jeeps at over five other dealerships but settled on Ourisman because they had the Jeep we wanted at a great price. Our experience started with Jake in the service dept. When we were shopping for our car he noticed us in the lot and came over and told us how much he loved his Jeep and answered many questions for us. He didn't need to do this, he just did it because he loved his jeep so much. He was friendly and helpful and he believes in your dealership which gave us confidence to work with Ourisman. Sherwin, our sales representative, did a great job of notifying us when a Jeep came in that fit our needs. He was patient and helpful and never pressured us. In all he was great to work with. The sales manager was excellent as well (I wish I could remember his name). He introduced himself early in the process and asked us what type of car we desired. He told me that he had ordered what we were looking for and that it should be in shortly. Sure enough, within a week my sales rep gave me a call and the car was coming in. I'm glad he worked with us to make sure we were able to get into our new car that we wanted. It is beautiful and we love it. More
