We had an appointment with a salesman at this dealership. When we arrived he was busy with another customer. While waiting we looked around the lot for about an hour before we were able to talk to another When we arrived he was busy with another customer. While negotiating the deal it was the typical back and forth with the salesman and his manager. We agreed on price and financing but then it took a very long time to get in to see the finance officer and do the paperwork. I don't know if the customer before us was having finance issues. Closing the deal could have been more timely since for us it was basically sign and drive after agreeing on price. More

I had a very positive experience and Craig Marrapodi was an excellent salesperson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend purchased his 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from another dealership, one closest to his home for the convenience of oil changes and regular maintenance. So we stopped in seeking some advice. We arrived before they'd even opened yet (11:45) but that did not stop John Delio from helping us out. We explained the issue we were having and without hesitation, he jumped right in and worked with us to get the issue resolved. He then offered us coffee while he checked on an answer to another question we had; and all the while knowing that we had purchased the Jeep from a competing dealership. John treated us just as well as I'm sure he would've treated one of his own personal clients, I would highly recommend seeking John out if you're shopping for a vehicle in the Clarksville or surrounding area! In fact, I'd suggest making the trip if you're OUTSIDE the area! More
