The service department was completely dishonest with me about my wife's car. I took my car to a local place, English Auto, and they looked at my car and said my breaks had plenty of life left and needed nothing. Owners of Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie needs to look deep into the service team there and stop the gouging and false statement about repairs for vehicles that don't need it. Trying to sell false fear and then pricing out repairs that are just ridiculous! More

Service department lacked communication, ordered wrong part, couldn’t get new part to program and needed specialist. Same issues after picking car up, second visit same thing technician could not get car part, couldn’t get new part to program and needed specialist. Both times we picked up “completed” vehicle there were extra bolts and parts laying around. This dealership is not in favor of the customer. I highly recommend using one of the other many local dealerships not affiliated with the Ourisman name. More
I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They sold me a $52,000 vehicle without even performing a basic oil change. When I drove off the lot, the car was already at 30% oil life. That’s unacceptable, especially considering this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. You’d expect better treatment and attention to detail for such a significant purchase—and from a repeat customer no less. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of care.
