A bit long of a wait Battery died in my 2014 Cherokee and I had to jump it to get to get it started. I then drove my wife to work and headed towards dealership service cen Battery died in my 2014 Cherokee and I had to jump it to get to get it started. I then drove my wife to work and headed towards dealership service center. I called first to give the center the symptoms to ascertain if there may be an electrical problem since the screen was not responding to any touches, radio wasn’t playing and phone was connected but not functioning. I waited until I arrived at the center to turn the vehicle off. I then tried to crank the motor but the battery was dead. They ran a diagnostic and the battery failed, I don’t understand why since the battery was dead, cost $90. New battery was installed and about 4 hours after arriving I was on my way again. More

Inept Made an appointment for my first oil change and to get two warranty issues looked at. They suggested a noon appointment. After 4.5 hours of waiting, I ask where my car is and its out back, they hadn't even looked at the warranty issues. When I asked why it was 4.5 hours for an oil change and no one told me the status, I was told "oh, they shouldn't schedule appointments at noon, they know nobody is here." Six days later I'm still waiting on a return telephone call from Levi, the General Manager, who apparently doesn't speak with customers. Find another service center if you want quality service. More

The electrical work was costly, fortunately, the service rep helped me secure agreement with warranty company to cover the work minus the deductible. The work was performed timely. During the service, I mentioned to the service rep an issue that no one was able to resolve since it began over three years ago. The service rep and technician took ownership over my problem and though it required my patience it was well worth the time as the issue that had long nagged is gone. I will always ask for that team. More

Great service advisor but service techs a bit lacking While the service advisor (Rochelle) was great, my comments for improvement are directly related to the service technicians. After receiving my Compa While the service advisor (Rochelle) was great, my comments for improvement are directly related to the service technicians. After receiving my Compass, I noticed that the service technician did not adjust the tire pressure to the proper levels. As a result, I had to take my Compass to a gas station to put air into all 4 tires. Also, the service technician failed to turn off the service reminder light. Now, I’m riding with that message light illuminated. Since these items are requirements as part of the oil change and tire rotation service, it’s alarming that these items were overlooked. Since this was my first oil service since buying my new car, I am hoping that this was an isolated incident, and not the norm. Everyone deserves a second chance. More
