I’ve brought my vehicles to this dealership for service for the past two or three years. It’s always for an oil change, tire rotation, and an occasional car wash. I’ve probably only had my car washed twice. There were a few times there was a recall, which takes additonal time. Every time I’ve gone, it takes at least two hours. That’s a long time for just an oil change and tire rotation. It would be great if they would go to an appointment system or an express service for oil changes. I will say because of growing weary of the wait times, I’ll most likely find another place for routine service. More
