I’ve brought my vehicles The people in the service department are awesome! I’m only pointing out this problem with the hopes they’ll find a solution. I’ve brought my vehicles to this dealership for service for the past two or three years. It’s always for an oil change, tire rotation, and an occasional car wash. I’ve probably only had my car washed twice. There were a few times there was a recall, which takes additonal time. Every time I’ve gone, it takes at least two hours. That’s a long time for just an oil change and tire rotation. It would be great if they would go to an appointment system or an express service for oil changes. I will say because of growing weary of the wait times, I’ll most likely find another place for routine service. More

He listened attentively as I tried to explain the service I felt needed. The invoice was on his desk waiting for my arrival. I'm a senior citizens. Poor to Horrible Service It took almost two weeks to fix a factory recall which contributed to my vehicle not starting. I never received follow up calls on the progress of my vehicle, no return calls concerning a loaner, and at one point in the 13 days my vehicle was at this facility the tech indicated they didn't know why the car was not starting after the recall part was replaced. I had to actually call the manager to get progress and status of my vehicle The customer service was horrible, however, previous times it was slightly above average. More
