Bad experience to positive There was a problem with my appointment to have extensive work done on my Jeep Grande Cherokee. I was very upset however the service consultant team of Pai and Natasha worked together to not only fit me in but also to get me a loaner. Oil change I was just in for an oil change, and was originally told it would be at least 2 hours.
