Recall Appointment Just had a great experience here. Had an appointment for a recall on my Ram 1500. After arrival and before I had even spoken to the service advisor, t Just had a great experience here. Had an appointment for a recall on my Ram 1500. After arrival and before I had even spoken to the service advisor, the truck was being prepped with plastic on the seats and paper protectors on the floorboards. The service adviser was great. Got the truck in immediately and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes! Outstanding! Very cordial and helpful. Really what you would hope for when you get service done! Even had the truck washed before returning to me! Had another recall done in Prince Frederick and the difference between the two experiences was striking. Any service I need will be done in Bowie! More
Disaster Me and my family bought a brand new Jeep Renegade, the sales personnel (Trevor and Spencer and also the sales manager Matti were all very nice. After days of using it, we discovered that the rear power window was not working. We called Jeep service but were unable to get schedule so I decided to visit the dealer and talk to Paul (also a very nice human being) and finally got the service schedule. On the day of service after a day of waiting they told me that hey would need to order a spare po art for the window. As of this writing, it’s been week and I have not heard anything from them. I HAVE A BRAND NEW JEEP RENEGADE AND THE POWER WINDOW IS NOT WORKING... BRAND NEW! (would you be happy) More

Worst service center experience ever I drop my car off on Tuesday night had an appointment for Saturday morning. Called Saturday just to say that the battery died and have to pay $175 to tell me the issue and couldn’t fix because jeep doesn’t have jeep batteries. I would never go there again. The worst experience ever. Pie didn’t help at all and kept saying he is busy but this is his job. I will be calling cooperate and speaking to someone and had no rentals for me. More

Traded down. My 2015 Chrysler van had a problem that cost $ 1,000 to repair. I ended up trading it in for a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan at the dealership. Totally sat My 2015 Chrysler van had a problem that cost $ 1,000 to repair. I ended up trading it in for a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan at the dealership. Totally satisfied? Sort of. I was told that my van was only worth $11,000, and that I owed $18,000. The negative equity on my van was $7,000, but I was told that I would get these great incentives to help with the purchase of a new van. I was told that with the financing, my new car payment would be new car payment would be around $500.00. It ended up being $575.00! My old car payment was only $350.00. I expressed an interest in seeing vans. My salesman showed me only 2 Dodge Grand Caravans - one black and one silver. I was not thrilled about either, but out of the 2, I liked the silver one best. The Caravan had fewer amenities than my Chrysler T &C - no DVD player, no lighted mirror on the passenger side, no navigation system, etc., My salesman was young, very eager and very polite. He was very attentive, but I wished that he had shown me vehicles with more amenities. More
Very Good Shop Service is always good here. I had called to bring vehicle in for recall work and oil change before I went on a trip that week. I was advised the oil Service is always good here. I had called to bring vehicle in for recall work and oil change before I went on a trip that week. I was advised the oil change is drive in anytime but the recall could not be scheduled until the next week but ask when I came for oil change if recall could be done. Sure enough they were able to accomplish both in one visit. Would have rated visit 5 stars but vehicle was not washed as promised but it was done when I brought it to their attention. More
