Recall Completed Going to any service shop is not something that I would rate highly; however, I do like working with Lustine Dodge when my vehicle needs service as I Going to any service shop is not something that I would rate highly; however, I do like working with Lustine Dodge when my vehicle needs service as I am already treated with respect and courtesy for anything dealing from routine maintenance to recalls. Today, I brought my vehicle in for a recall that was going to take upwards of four hours to complete. I live south of the dealership and with I-95 traffic, it is not a choice for me to just drop off the vehicle and pick it up later. That would mean getting stuck in traffic both going north and then south again. There is a Dodge dealership closer to where I live, Safford; however, I have had such a bad experience with them that I will never bring my vehicle back to them. So with that, I just plan to stay at the dealership. Because WiFi was not working in the dealership, I asked my service adviser if I could travel to a local eatery so I could get work done. Dexter, the courtesy-shuttle driver brought me to Panera and came back for me when my vehicle was done. He was actually the one that told me my vehicle was done when he came in the front door. The service actually did not take four hours but only two, which was manageable when you don't have to wait at the dealership. Tracy and Tina helped to check me out at the end of the process. Both women are kind and the process was as painless as it could be with getting service done. More

One individual in particular by the name of Dexter was very personable and polite in his approach as he was able to assist me with a lift so I was able to make my way to work in a timely manner.
