He made a call to Lustine Chrysler, and S. Coleton immediately responded by first ensuring his safety, apologizing for the inconvenience and asked to bring in the vehicle immediately where he would have a loaner waiting based on the immediate concern. Hearing my husband speak on the sincerity of this individual, S. Coleton, made me look up the dealer and provide this Thankful appreciation for one that cares not only about the sale/numbers, but the clients he fosters relationships with. Although our vehicle is still being repaired, I know that it is in great hands at Lustine when the first line individuals like S. Coleton is representing the organization.
