No answers from several inquiries Today I purchased a set of tires. I got them somewhere else, because after trying numerous times to get information from the dealership with NO ANSW Today I purchased a set of tires. I got them somewhere else, because after trying numerous times to get information from the dealership with NO ANSWER BACK, I finally gave up. The only thing I got was an autoreply - and that came from Tim Cypress, who I found out is no longer with the dealership. (I notice he's still listed below as well.) I also tried calling - the receptionist transfered me twice (two calls). The first call was sent to a voice mailbox that was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. The second one I left a message - never got a call back. After all this trouble, it is also doubtful that I would ever consider buying another vehicle here either. Your system forces me to choose an employee - I don't know who I spoke with on the phone, so I'll use Tim Cypress's name, since that was on the autoreply. More
NOT JUST FOR JEEPS!! Mr. Alex Alvarado was great keeping me informed of the service that was being done to my vehicle. He always had and upbeat attitude and made me feel Mr. Alex Alvarado was great keeping me informed of the service that was being done to my vehicle. He always had and upbeat attitude and made me feel like a family member. It's great to know there are people like him working as the Service Advisor with Lustine. I saw quite a few negative reviews but every time I went for service (Mr. Albert Sanchez, also a great individual); I was always treated professionally. This is why I gave an excellent rating, thank you. More

Terrible Customer Service Service Department or management do not return calls from messages left! Left voicemail for a service quote on 2 occasions, no call back. Left mess Service Department or management do not return calls from messages left! Left voicemail for a service quote on 2 occasions, no call back. Left message with clerk/operator for service manager, no call back. Left message on website and received an email a manager was going to call, no call back. Left message for GM, surprise - no call back. Will purchase tires elsewhere in addition to having purchased my last truck from Lustine! They obviously don't need the business More
NO STARS DESERVED GARBAGE DEALERSHIP!! First let me start by saying I wish I could get away with clicking NO stars as one star doesn't even cut it. This dealership is an utter JOKE! We move First let me start by saying I wish I could get away with clicking NO stars as one star doesn't even cut it. This dealership is an utter JOKE! We moved up here from AZ (military family). We called 2 weeks prior to our "service appt" that was the quickest they could make an appointment for my Journey to get an oil change and to do some break and transmission checks. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we parked the Journey and I parked our other car as we didn't want to spend all day waiting at the dealer. I am sitting in my Camaro with my 2 yr old son waiting for my husband to get done with service all the sales guys are swarming my car knocking on the window asking if anyone is in the car. First off if I am not getting out of my car to ask you for help don't bother me. Secondly back to the service dept again what a JOKE! Our appt was scheduled for 10:00am. There was only 1 guy working the service area and people were standing around it was a mad house. We drop the Journey off after 40 mins of waiting for them to take the car. Again we made an appt we gave them all our info over the phone but we were required to fill out paperwork as if they had no clue who we were. So we are trying to find things to do to kill time waiting for service to call us to give us a heads up if anything major is wrong with the car. By 2:00pm I become concerned as in AZ i received a phone within 45 mins of them inspecting my car saying this this and this needs to be done, 4 hours later I haven't heard a peep from Lustine. So I called Lustine the 1st time their recording answers saying they are busy call back and hangs up on me are you freaking kidding me HOW PROFESSIONAL isn't that what a receptionist is for INVEST IN ONE! 2nd phone call to service tells me the number is not in services…mind you these are the number posted on their website! 3rd phone call attempt i get thru only to have the receptionist lady place me on hold then proceed to HANG UP ON ME! So we take it upon ourselves to drive back to the dealer to find out what the xxxx is going on? My husband proceeds to service to be told by the service dept guy working there ummm we don't have your car here, its not here we don't know where it is. The transmission guy is gone so maybe he has it but we are not positive I am sorry. So you're telling me you lost me car and the best you can say is your are sorry??? Talk about giving Dodge a really great name Lustine. I have never in my life been treating this poorly at a car dealership. Finally after 30 or so minutes my car returns only to be notified nothing was done to my vehicle not even the oil change which was the main reason for the appt. I asked to speak to the Service Director which so happens wasn't in of cours.. 5.5 hours of my time wasted for this place. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SORRY DEALERSHIP!! WORST PLACE EVER. Service isn't even service I cannot believe Chrysler Dodge allows this place to be in business. More
3 or more hours for an oil change! Enough said. The excuses always range from we lost your appointment to we need parts. The parts should be here when I schedule in advance! Overall horrible experience since the week after I purchased from them. I would NOT recommend this dealership! More
Took the car for oil change at 8am two weeks ago and they finish at almost 4pm. When I got home notice the hood was not completely closed. Tried to close it but could not. When I open the hood, I notice t finish at almost 4pm. When I got home notice the hood was not completely closed. Tried to close it but could not. When I open the hood, I notice that four oil bottle caps were left closed to the hood locking mechanism. Thank God that the hood did not open while I was driving. Second issue, bought this BMW from the use car lot. The brakes were worn out so they have to replace them in order to pass inspection. Any certify mechanic knows that when you replace the brakes on a BMW you have to check the pad sensing cable to determine if they need replacement. The mechanic not only did not change the cable but did not reset the mileages left before replacement causing the computer to register that the brakes needs replacement. Now I will have to spend about $400 to correct their mistake. I address this issue with service and they say that it was not their problem but they will replace them if the used car department gives them the okay. Used car manager refused to pay because first he said that it was normal tear and wear, which shows that he has no idea what he was talking about. Then he change the story that I waited to long to address the problem; however, if I need the mechanic did not did his job I would have address the issue earlier. The manager was rude even though I told him that I have bought several car from Lustine and was planning to buy another but if this is how you treat military veterans I rather go someplace else. I am writing this post in hope that the mechanics and sales manager can be properly train on taking care of customers and cars, not the sales line. More

I purchased a Brand New "Top of the Line" Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn and, directly put, it has become the most deplorable purchase I have made to date from a dealership that does not seem to focus or be concerned with Quality control or customer satisfaction. The vehicle has been in and out of service since owning from: Defective interior trim pieces (Console piece keeps popping up and out) Defective Console lid and bucket assembly Defective backup camera (still an issue after being told it was replaced) Poorly aligned front bumper (about an inch crooked from passenger to driver side) Defective front distance sensors (Still an issue after being told twice it was fixed) TPMS sensors failed Under inflated tires from time of purchase (Sales Had to close the deal and drive away that night!) Unhooked Rear Seat heater from service repair that was overlooked 3 separate software updates (which still do not help) Multiple attempts to resolve the same problems Now again, I am having to take this Junk of a Truck back to the dealership for the repairs that we claimed to have been done. On top of that, when you walk in to get your vehicle, the sales people stare rudely. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made as no one has taken any accountability and a dealership that has not lived up to the vehicle quality that claimed to have. Spending almost 53K on a truck is a lot of money in anyone's eyes, but Lustine does not seem to care after the check clears the bank! Based on my experience, if your looking for a Truck Purchase, do not go to Lustine Dodge, Jeep, Ram. If your looking to buy a Truck Avoid the Ram 1500. If your looking for precise, first-time-repaired service work, find another dealership because you will not get it from Lustine Dodge Jeep Ram. More
