WHILE HAVING 2011 DURANGO SERVICED TODAY I INQUIRED ABOUT A SOLICITATION RECEIVED FROM LUSTINE ABOUT LOWERING PAYMENTS. MRS. BYRD EXPLAINED PROCESS TO ME AND MR. LANCASTER SHOWED ME A 2013 DURANGO RT THAT I A SOLICITATION RECEIVED FROM LUSTINE ABOUT LOWERING PAYMENTS. MRS. BYRD EXPLAINED PROCESS TO ME AND MR. LANCASTER SHOWED ME A 2013 DURANGO RT THAT I HAVE BEEN EYEING FOR QUITE SOME TIME (DONNIE SOLD MY 2011 TO ME). MRS. BYRD AND MR LANCASATER AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO ASSISTED WITH THE AUTO PROTECTION COVERAGE (SORRY, FORGOT NAME) WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN PROCESSING THE TRANSACTION AS I HAD TO WORK TODAY. I DIDN'T HAVE INTENTIONS OF PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE TODAY, BUT THE AFOREMENTIONED PERSONS MADE IT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. MRS BYRD WAS ADAMANT SHE COULD GET ME THE DEAL I WANTED AND SHE DELIVERED. ANOTHER SALES REP WAS GOING TO SHOW ME THE NEW VEHICLE BUT ONCE I SAW DONNIE IN THE BUILDING I POINTED AT HIM AND SAID "IM WORKING WITH HIM, THATS MY MAN". The service I have received at this dealership has been far from superior. I have always taken my car to a dealership because I expect them to be experts when it comes to my vehicle. Unfortunately, my ex far from superior. I have always taken my car to a dealership because I expect them to be experts when it comes to my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with dealership has been dreadful. A year ago the service department quoted $1900 to fix my tie end rods. After talking to the parts department (at the same dealership) I discovered that it would only cost about $400. They fixed it for the right price and I thought nothing of it. Last month I went back to have my hub and barings fixed and now they want to charge me FOR THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!! Thank goodness I always keep my receipts. I'm currently awaiting a response from the manager, as to, how we will proceed. This is why I've given the rating above. More

Initially we did not have a good experience with the service department, however after talking to one of the managers Jason, and voicing our concerns he apologized and assured us that our concerns would be addressed and taken care off. Barry the service manager met us at our rescheduled appointment and ensured that the EPP package was reaccomplished to our satisfaction. We appreciate that they took the time to listen to our concerns and made it right. More
It took over 3 hours to do an inspection on our 2005 Toyota Rav4. It was scheduled for 0800hrs. I arrived at 0750 and did not finish until after 1100hrs. We got this Dodge Ram Truck when it was new at Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge,Va 22191 and had all of the serving done there and had good work until this time.The mechainc did not do a good job.It was a good Dodge in Woodbridge,Va 22191 and had all of the serving done there and had good work until this time.The mechainc did not do a good job.It was a good thing that my Son had can over and seen a big spot of oil under my truck and I check it and I could turn the oil filter one and a half turns to get it hand tight.It was a good thing for you that my Son did come over.And Ourisman Chrysler Jeep in Alexandria,Va did the same thing to my Sister;s car that she git new there and had all the serving's done there and it blow up her motor in her car.Thank you Rodger and Brenda Hodges More
Getting through on you phone lines is virtually impossible. When you call you get a message saying thanks for the call, which then transfers you to a busy signal. I experienced this when I needed my 7500 mile service and ended up going to Alexandria in the end. Now at 16,000 miles I dropped my car off after hours last night, and have been trying to call to speak with a service advisor to make sure they understand what I need, and once again the phones are all messed up. Wow!!!! More
