Being new to the area, I have been to several dealerships trying to find a service writer who is honest and true. I am so happy to have found Lustine and Vickie Koons. I had Joe do an oil change on my truck and he was very honest, knowlegable, and he had my car done fast and had me to work on time. Not only did he give me his personal cell phone number and requested I call him directly if any future problems arise, but he offered some free services to my auto4life program to make up for my experience. I appreciate this effort by Mike and it restores some of my confidence in Mike, in Lustine as a dealership, and in their treatment of the military community. Things slip through the cracks and eventually someone's going to get their toes stepped on as a result, but it's easier to forgive when the dealership goes out of their way to correct the problem. Original review: Sure, Lustine will bend over backwards trying to sell you a car, but if you need anything AFTER they've sold you the car, you may as well forget it. All I need is a simple document...one stinking document from Lustine and no one seems to be able to 1. find the document that they should have plenty of stock of for their auto4life program (btw, stay AWAY from that program if you are military because this business does NOT care to help you transfer the program) or 2. figure out how to get back with me after my MULTIPLE phone calls and messages. I've called Lustine NUMEROUS times over the last two weeks trying to get some sort of service out of them regarding this document, have even spoken to the General Manager, and I have gotten NO WHERE. Even the General Manager has failed to call me back after ACTUALLY SPEAKING to me. I've also not only spoken to Kim in finance, but when she did not do what she said she was going to do, I called and left her a message for her to get back with me...TO NO AVAIL. When I call, the attendant who answers the phone ALWAYS sends me to a voicemail even if I've REQUESTED to speak to an actual person. I've now left a message for Charlotte in Finance and we'll see if SHE returns my call. After the message I left, I would hope that she would take some action...her General Manager sure didn't care to help me out. The title of "exceptional service" for this place is an absolute joke. I am VERY sorry to have ever purchased a car from this place and am thrilled that I no longer live in Virginia so I never will have need to ever again. I'll make sure to tell everyone I can, who relocates to Virginia via the military, to NOT come to Lustine to purchase their vehicle if they wish to have any level of service AFTER they purchase it. Way to treat the military guys...so glad to know we're appreciated! Pathetic Lustine...truly pathetic. More

I have just received the VIP treatment for no obvious reason at Lustine Jeep. Mike and Fred were some of the best guys I have ever met. I generally don't trust dealerships, but I was blown away at how reason at Lustine Jeep. Mike and Fred were some of the best guys I have ever met. I generally don't trust dealerships, but I was blown away at how willing to go out of their way they were to help me on a Sunday, with a brand new jeep as a free loaner, a huge discount on the work on my jeep (WAY out of warranty) and immediate quick service on a day when the service dept wasn't even open. I felt like my uncle owned the dealership or something. This kind of thing is rare, no body treats strangers like this anymore. Hats off to you gentlemen. I will come back, I feel like I owe you. More

Always great service! Troy and his team go the extra mile. Every month for the last year, I have made a trip to Alabama to help take care of my terminally ill father. I would take my van in for servic mile. Every month for the last year, I have made a trip to Alabama to help take care of my terminally ill father. I would take my van in for service prior to each trip. In September, I was loaded and ready to head to Alabama, but my van wouldn't start. I called on Troy and his team, they resolved my issue and made my life less stressful during a difficult time. It's that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Lustine. More
