Troy has been my service representative for several years now. I can count on a smooth transaction and great customer service. Jennifer always greets me with a smile...and is not bad to look at either! Seriously, I have never felt like I was taken advantage of at this dealership. I honestly do not feel that they tack on other gimm to look at either! Seriously, I have never felt like I was taken advantage of at this dealership. I honestly do not feel that they tack on other gimmicks or un-needed preventative maintenance. Most recently, I took my car in for the regular oil change. Along with this, I wanted them to "flash" new firmware in my Durango. See, my power rear hatch stopped working (never miss this unless you have it and lose it). I called the Dodge customer care line and was pointed to a blog that told specifically that a flash to my car would resolve this issue. When I went in to see Jennifer, I mentioned that I wanted this done. She did not try to oversell me, but took my word as gospel, charged me the $50 fee, and that was it! Luckily, the flash did fix the problem. This is one dealership that I do not mind sending my wife to alone, as I do not feel that they would take advantage of her. Another recent encounter was when my Nav DVD quit working. It costs $200 for a new CD, but I didn't want to spend that money unless I knew for sure it was the DVD and not the actual player. When I explained this to the parts manager, he simply unwrapped a DVD to try it out in my car before I purchased it. Lucky for me that it was the DVD and not the player, so I gladly purchased the DVD and was on my way. Last mention of kudo's is to the section where you pay for your servicing. The girl who works this section is always fun to deal with. She has a pleasant and joking attitude- a great personality for a front line employee. All in all, other than the location being somewhat in the hood, I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone and I do plan on buying my next vehicle here (hopefully a new Challenger!!!). More

Currently, we own 2006 Town and Country. This is our third Van. I have had few problems with it and have taken it to other dealers in the area, I was not happy with their service and their honesty. Finally, took it to Lustine about a year ago and found Troy Robb, a good, honest and sincere Service writer. Troy has provided exceptional service with honesty and integrity. I actually was thinking about trading the Van especially when the wife lost all the keys, I called Troy, he said: no worry, I will take care of it, he took his time to cut new keys off the VIN, program them in no time and gave us 4 new keys. Troy Robb is a man I can trust. To sum it up, it has been pleasure working with him. He has done great job each and every time I took the van in for service. He is an asset to Lustine! More
