Sleazy dealership overcharging and up selling My costs were double what the salesman, Howard, quoted me over the phone, and then they tried to tell me that my car needed $3000 dollars worth of add My costs were double what the salesman, Howard, quoted me over the phone, and then they tried to tell me that my car needed $3000 dollars worth of additional parts and repairs. I've taken it to a mom and pop services center i trust and they found nothing wrong my vehicle. They also charged the full price for Virginia state inspections ($16), which they're legally allowed to do, but it's just cheap and greasy since almost everybody does it for free. Which by the way they said it would be free before the bill came. If you get any pricing from these people, make sure you get it in writing. More
