Started work when parts were backordered I asked to drop my car off when parts were all ordered and ready for the repair. However, the body shop insisted they would not do that. I had to leave my car (which was very driveable) for them to begin working, and at the same time they would order various parts needed to fix it. After leaving my car on a Monday morning, that week I received automated texts indicating that all work was on track. After a week I received a text in the AM indicating that the work would be completed by the end of that day. Then at midday I received a text from a body shop manager saying that key parts were backordered with no date projection for when they would be available! When I called him, he indicated that the wait could be up to 6 weeks. I had them put the car back together so I could drive until parts were ready, which took another 10 days. The repair took a week and seems to have been done well. More
