Take yesterday's service. I dropped the car off around 6 PM the night before. I stood next to the car -- no other customers in the service department, just staff -- for 4 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Nobody there gave a xxxx about me. The service writers' area was a mess. In fact, there were chicken bones on the floor from someone's lunch. How gross! Half the stuff I requested was done. They did a state safety inspection and couldn't even bother completely removing the glue from the last one. Every organization rots from the head down. Ourisman is no different! More
