Based on the campaign and recall notice to prevent corrosion, I took my car to the service center. After the inspection and services were completed, I drove home and only realized the issue after ret corrosion, I took my car to the service center. I noticed that the rubber trunk weatherstripping had been lifted off and left unsecure/was not secured back in place. According to the paperwork, the technician who worked on my vehicle was Seung Lee. This was a waterproofing treatment, but leaving an unsecured rubber seal could become pinched or damaged, potentially leading to further issues for the customer. Last year, their technician left a greasy mark on the side door panel after a scheduled oil change. There is an inconsistency in their service quality. I am very disappointed with the quality of the inspection and services. More
