Result: an A+ response from Ourisman Toyota Fairfax. Every question that I had–and believe me I had many–Oleg answered clearly, and at times with a detailed sketch. The long deal-hatching time was due to my slim pocketbook. This wait, Oleg handled graciously. He then passed me on to finish the financial aspects. I checked online and they had a car available that I was interested in. I went to the dealership and was greeted promptly. Oleg was my salesperson and he was a great help. I decided to buy the car and the d interested in. I went to the dealership and was greeted promptly. Oleg was my salesperson and he was a great help. I decided to buy the car and the deal was worked up promptly. I actually enjoyed my experience. Oleg took the time to explain everything and all of the features on the car. He actually took the time to show me each dashboard feature and walked me through each one. That was an exceptional service point. The dealership actually found one problem with the car bearings and immediately set me up to fix this. To me, that was also great service. Thank you to Oleg and Ourisman for making this easy and successful. I would go back there again to buy another car. More
