Mike Neuman is the manager and he has created a very nice waiting environment - Chantilly donuts, comfortable lounge area, and he is very visible and accessible. Mr. Hyman was very knowledgable when talking about the reason for the needed/recommended repairs. The knowledge is very confidence building that the work is actually needed. More

I arrived before the Dealership was open, but Dane came out and met me, completed the write up, and I was on my way in a 'loaner' before the service area was even scheduled to open. I live hours away after a week long run around with one sales manager I decided to speak with another one today just to hear they will not do anything to fix unless I swing by via sales manager. If customer service was there I would have not left this post, but really who does this to hold a headliner up? Stay away. Don't be fooled with their sorry to hear contact us response. Like my post said I have spoken with a few people before posting here. It shouldn't be hard to find me. More
