My car went in to have its over head console light replaced, the part was ordered over 2 months ago, and while there for that to have an oil change. Well the oil change was completed, I was told the w replaced, the part was ordered over 2 months ago, and while there for that to have an oil change. Well the oil change was completed, I was told the work was done: but then on the print out invoice sheet it states the over head light is being ordered today. No one called me, no one attempted to explain why a part which was ordered months ago and I was told was ready to be installed now is missing. I’ve tried multiple days in a row to get a hold of anyone at the dealership, no one returns my calls, nor does anyone pick up the phone. The service manager won’t answer the phone or return my calls when I’m told to leave a message, the service agent doesn’t pick up the phone or return my calls. And the service invoice lists a complimentary car wash was completed, but that was a lie as my car was as left unwashed: not that I required this, but if an invoice states this was done it should be completed. If I could give 0 stars for this I would. More

Santiago made my purchase of the Nautilus Reserve 111 so very easy. He spoke with my daughter (in Miami about which Lincoln SUV to purchase in the morning and when I got there in the afternoon he had everyt very easy. No customer should be left questioning whether paperwork has been completed correctly after being told everything was finalized. What should have been a routine vehicle purchase became months of phone calls, emails, and unanswered questions. The situation did not begin moving toward resolution until after formal complaints were filed with state agencies. Only then did the paperwork finally progress toward completion. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, verify every document, keep copies of everything, and get important promises in writing.
