This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this behavior, but today’s episode crossed the line - the manager physically assaulted an employee by grabbing his arm. His honesty and straightforwardness stand out in a process that can be really stressful, and certainly was the deciding factor in my buying the car from Ourisman rather than another local dealer that was far more aggressive in its approach. He was remarkably efficient and thorough as he guided us step-by-step through the sales process, answering our questions and assisting with paperwork and insurance along the way. Even though my fiancée and I were running late twice during our visits to Ourisman Honda, Javier went above and beyond by making preparations ahead of time, and maximizing efficiency on his end as much as possible to cater to us - this is a rare level of customer service in my experience. He even arranged for us to leave our old car at the dealership until my family could come from out of town to pick it up. And finally, he offered to bring by our new floor mats after work on his own time. We simply could not ask for a better car buying experience than what we got from Javier and Ourisman Honda. We especially appreciated Javier's professionalism because, prior to purchasing our vehicle at Ourisman, we had tried to purchase a CR-V Hybrid at another local Honda dealership, and the salespeople were not only pushy, but unfair with misleading pricing and excessive hidden fees. And what impressed us the most was when we actually came into the dealership. Javier was the best sort of salesperson -- he made us feel totally comfortable from the minute we arrived. He showed us the car, helped us take our test drive, and then guided us through the entire buying process, including working with his manager Sergio Laguna to match a lower price offered by another seller.
