Completely incompetent service technicians Run, don’t walk, away from this dealer. We have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealer and they put our lives at risk with their negli Run, don’t walk, away from this dealer. We have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealer and they put our lives at risk with their negligence and incompetence. They consistently failed to address or fix problems with our 2016 Odyssey that we brought to their attention, and would have to bring our van in multiple times and ask them to actually put a little effort in and fix the problem. The final straw was a few weeks ago when we asked them to check one of our tires as it kept losing air. They did not check it. Fast forward a week and we get a flat tire while going 65 mph on the highway when a nail that clearly had been in the tire for months came out. Luckily we did not get into an accident. They obviously did not check the tire as they would have seen the nail, as it was smack in the middle of the tire, and could have removed and patched the hole. This would have been much safer for us, not to mention much less expensive than paying for roadside assistance and buying a new tire for a 3 year old car with less than 10k miles. The service technicians are completely incompetent and lazy. More

Giovanni is an exceptional sales man who really cares for his costumers, he was very professional, honest, friendly and courteous throughout the process. His manager Diego was also very friendly, not-pushy at all, he did not use pressure tactics, very professional, honest and courteous. They were extremely helpful.
