Ourisman Honda has really good service. I just bought a car last Friday by the assistant of Javier. He is patient, considerate, transparent and professional. He went through the whole process with us patiently, especially when we have a baby with us and we just moved back to the States, not familiar with the rules and others. I purchased my Honda in 2017 and could not be happier with the excellent service that has been provided by this dearlership and my agent Alhagi Samateh. Al is the ultimate professional and has gone beyon with the excellent service that has been provided by this dearlership and my agent Alhagi Samateh. Al is the ultimate professional and has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure repairs on my vehicle are completed correctly whether it be routine or something difficult. I recently had a squirrel chew the wire to my electrical system. Al was understanding and explained that this was not uncommon and it would be repaired and covered by insurance.
