I had a terrible experience at Ourisman Honda of Bethesda. I saw gross negligence and harassment from one of the alleged ‘managers’ towards an employee, it caused quite the scene. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this behavior, but today’s episode crossed the line - the manager physically assaulted an employee by grabbing his arm. I won’t be coming back or referring any of my friends or family to this place of business, treating anyone like this should be illegal. More
