We were looking for a 2022 Honda Odessey. I wanted a Red one but nobody had any Red. We were referred to Shockley Honda and Chris Benner was our salesman. He o lay had one Odessey at the dealership and it w one but nobody had any Red. We were referred to Shockley Honda and Chris Benner was our salesman. He o lay had one Odessey at the dealership and it was not Red. Chris told us to take it for a test drive so we did. Liked the way it handled and the drive was smooth. We went back to the dealership and told Chris we would take it. It is called Pacific Pewter. Car has less than 13000 on it, started it this morning, and every warning light is on, and I've lost power steering. I call up Shockley and tell them this, and they say "What if we see you in three days?" and every warning light is on, and I've lost power steering. I call up Shockley and tell them this, and they say "What if we see you in three days?" Not, "We can get you in, diagnose it, and then we'll have to wait", not "We're booked up, but you could try XXX" just "See you in three days!" I'm glad I wasn't actually stranded anywhere, because I'm sure they wouldn't be sympathetic in the least. More

This dealership has been continuously terrible--from oil changes that take forever; getting xxxxxx around with prices; paying for their "scotchguard" service (to which they said they applied it, but then I changes that take forever; getting xxxxxx around with prices; paying for their "scotchguard" service (to which they said they applied it, but then I got a call back saying they actually didn't, and made no attempts to assuage the impact of delivering my car to their store AGAIN); and now getting xxxxxx around by a recall notice. I called Shockley, was told they didn't have any parts in (for a *national* recall, mind you), and that it'd take 1-2 business days for it to get in, and no, it wouldn't take an "hour to an hour and a half" to get the service done (as stated by Honda themselves in the recall announcement letter), it'd take 2-3 hours. TWO WEEKS GO BY without hearing from them, when I have to call and figure out what moron had their head up their rear end (it's always the Shockley family, by the way, and remember: crap rolls downhill). Go anywhere else, Shockley doesn't deserve your business. More
