Bill Collings was awesome to work with and that was just the beginning. From sales to finance to service, this place rocks! A few weeks ago we wanted to purchase some cars to ensure our 17 and 19 year old had dependable, reliable, perfect cars. Without a doubt, Shockley was where we went to take action. We purchased a 2013 Civic SI and a 2015 Crosstour. Bill was again great, John Price took over while Bill was away, Scott jumped in and everyone else greeted us, chatted with us and made our visits great. We are a Honda family and when in need of another car this is where we will go. ALL departments are awesome! Thanks Shockley! More

Mark did everything he could to make a deal work, not in my budget. I left with no new car. After I came to terms with my budget, a week later, I found the perfect used Civic on the web site. I called Mark and he was able to pull the keys and hold it until I came in later that day. He was so helpful getting it to the payments that I could afford. So nice and helpful. Justin was the finance guy that helped us get a better rate than was originally offered. He was also able to get us gap coverage and a warranty that we would of gone without, if he was not so helpful with the numbers. This was my second car purchased from Schockley Honda and I will always go back. More
Came in for one, left with two I came in after getting a mail flyer with a too-good-to-be-true trade offer for our Pilot. I left with a new Pilot, AND a new 2014 Insight for use as I came in after getting a mail flyer with a too-good-to-be-true trade offer for our Pilot. I left with a new Pilot, AND a new 2014 Insight for use as a commuter car. The markdown on the Insight made it impossible to turn down, and we broke even on our payments on the new Pilot - a four model year upgrade for the same monthly payment. Mark was great, as were Justin in finance and the sales manager, Charlie. They fed me lunch (they were having a cookout) and were very hospitable - they had to rearrange the showroom floor to get the Insight out for a test drive, but did it gladly. As good a car-buying experience as you can have. More

Right off the bat he was extremely friendly and very helpful. Even as my 6 month old daughter started crying and my 9 year old was getting impatient he never once got irritated .. He has an amazing personality and he took great care of us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.. His knowledge and professionalism is beyond words.. Before I finished reading the FAST reply, I had a call from Bill Collings, who made me very comfortable with the transition as he inquired about my needs. With an appointment set, my husband and I set off to Shockley, with our 'buying guard' up, but were happily surprised when we entered the fun and relaxed environment.
