Even the smallest things like popping the hood or walking me through the hands free phone system, (things salesmen don't do now a days) going the extra effort instead of just mentioning all the features or handing me a brochure, really made a difference. I shopped a number of dealers, makes, and models with my new care purchase, and he was the best salesman by far.
