And, after visiting other dealers prior to Honda of Tyson’s Corner, I ultimately ended up buying here beca I am a sucker for good customer service. And, after visiting other dealers prior to Honda of Tyson’s Corner, I ultimately ended up buying here because of their superb level of service. I was treated throughout my experience with Honda of Tyson’s Corner positively. I first contacted the dealer after receiving an email advertisement. The contact I passed emails with, Mary Gerety, was pleasant and followed up thoroughly without being excessive. My salesperson at the dealership was Mohamed Ameyar (“Mo”) and I sincerely believe that he went out of his way to make my purchase experience a pleasant one. I had entered the market interested in Kia Souls. However, the comfortable environment at Honda of Tyson’s Corner, Mo’s calm demeanor, and my enjoyment of the Honda Fit during a test drive swayed me dramatically. After the sale, Mo was generous enough to provide me a ride back to the dealership after dropping off the rental vehicle I had driven to the dealership back at my residence. The entire process resulted in our return to Honda of Tyson’s Corner late in the evening, yet Mo never rushed the process. He was thorough and explained to me the details of my new Fit. I would highly recommend to all potential Honda customers working with Mo if possible. Everything about the buying experience at Honda of Tyson’s Corner was excellent. I was comfortable with the price provided upfront, and the financing process was simple. I never felt pressured, and Mo was as helpful as I could have wanted. An outstanding experience. More

I had a car accident and my car was totaled. It was my first and my car was my baby, so needless to say my family and I were all shaken up, and it left me miserable my entire winter break. We knew we loved everything about him and the cars here, but because our insurance hadn't sent us a check we decided to keep looking until they did and decided that because another Honda dealer was closer we'd go there. BIG MISTAKE!! We came across a horrible experience with this one salesperson. Then we remembered how much we enjoyed Mohamed and the experience he gave us at Honda of Tysons. I started shopping for a car about two days ago. When I stopped by Honda of Tyson's to look at their cars, around noon, I was very impressed by the service and the worm welcome i received. Amine was very considerate, very knowledgeable, and very friendly in explaining all the features of the Honda Accord I was considering. He was ready to answer all my questions and gave me a quick demo whenever it was possible. I took his card and left and told him that i will be given him a call. He walked me out and offered to answer any questions I may have over the phone, which i truly appreciate. The Service, and honesty that i got were stock in my mind after i left. For that, i called him about three hours later and told him that i am on my way to buy the car. I get there, and Amine had already sent the car to be prepared, and started all the paper work to speed the process which was amazing! I am a happy Honda accord 2012 owner now and this is the second time i buy a Honda from Honda of Tyson's. With the kind of service and friendliness i received, I really doubt buying a Honda from any where else. Moreover, I will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to talk to Amine Kadmiri at Honda of Tyson's when they are shopping for a car. Sincerely, More

The customer service at tysons honda was the best!!! I was not planning on buying a car however my crv broke down in front of tyons honda... the services guys in the back were so professional.. they were was not planning on buying a car however my crv broke down in front of tyons honda... the services guys in the back were so professional.. they were able to get me a rent a car and i was back on the road in 20 minutes... i was so impressed; that i told all my friends and family at all the xmas parties i attended!!!! i felt the customer service was top notch!!! Then i meet Amine Kadmiri in sales... He was so professional! my husband and i have been in the customer service industry for over 20years and sadly do not see customer service how it use to be like in the good old days... however at tysons honda it is there and then some!!!! we were sooo impressed by Amine and his Manager!! we will def buy another car there.. in fact my mother is in the markert for a car.. she has owned a toyota forever and she also is impressed with my experience that i have had with honda.. she has never had such serivce with toyota. I told her to look at the honda fit... she lives in Nevada not sure if you want the business.. if so have Amine call me... I even had the exact model and color in mind so the rest was to look for a dealership that could give me the best deal. I communicated with many Honda dealerships in the area (MD & VA) and decided to visit this dealership first because it was the closest to my work & home. The people at the dealership were very friendly and Mr. Mohamed Ameyar, a Sales Consultant who assisted me, was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Though the price initially offered was not as competitive as I hoped, Mohamed and a Sales Manager managed to work it out and gave me the deal that beat all other dealerships. I went back more than a few times for paperwork and services and Mohamed was always there to greet me and help me. Buying a car could be very stressful but I'd highly recommend considering this dealership and Mohamed. More

However, the finance department took way to long to get us through the paperwork process. We waited at least 40 minutes before we could get in to fill out paperwork with the finance manager. I felt this to be way too long. More
