Schedule 8AM service call for rear pax door panel coming loose. A 14:00 service had not yet started because, as the rep stated, there was an emergency meeting at 10AM. Well, what happened to the 2 hours ( loose. A 14:00 service had not yet started because, as the rep stated, there was an emergency meeting at 10AM. Well, what happened to the 2 hours (8AM to 10AM) to fix the van? I had an appt...this was a quick fix. So, no call about the delay. I called 6 hours later and receive the news about the delay Unfortunately, the rationale for the delay does not hold water...simply poor judgement. If I had stayed with the car, instead of leaving to run errands, I would have had my car (maybe). What did you tell all of the other folks that were actually waiting? They were served first w/o an appt. Again - poor judgement and a reflection on the overall attitude by management & Hendrick Honda. More
