THE YOUNG LADY SHAVON WAS VERY HELPFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! AND POLITE. I SPENT OVER $4000, IN THE PAST MONTH GETTING MY CAR SERVICE UP TO DATE. BUT I'M NOT NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. FIRST WENT TO GET IN MY POLITE. I SPENT OVER $4000, IN THE PAST MONTH GETTING MY CAR SERVICE UP TO DATE. BUT I'M NOT NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. FIRST WENT TO GET IN MY CAR AND THE PLASTIC WAS STILL ON MY SEATS. NO CAR WASH....... AND THE VERY NEXT DAY MY TRUNK IS NOT OPENING FROM THE INSIDE OR MY SMART KEY WITHOUT USING MY KEY. MY ALIGNMENT IS STILL PULLING TO THE SIDE AND THIS MORING WHEN TO OPEN THE HOOD OF THE CAR AND THE LATCH IS NOT STAYING OPEN. I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THOSE THINGS WERE WORKING BEFORE I CAME TO THE SHOP. KINDA DISAPPOINTED. BUT I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OF FRIDAYS. I'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. More
Even though it was very busy when I dropped my car off Shavon kept me updated the entire time. Had to order the part which meant coming back. I was pretty sure that would be the case. She told me it would take awhile, and better to leave the car. I did. While dropping it off I found a tear in the rubber gasket around the door. Without hesitation she said, “We’ll take care of it.” When I came to pick it up they were super busy. My car is brought up and Shavon is driving. She didn’t want me to wait any longer. She is awesome. More
Had made an appointment for regular scheduled oil change. In the meantime I got a flat and they took care of both as quick as they could before they closed for the day. Great service. The actual service and service technician was excellent. However, prior to that was a mess. I set an appointment to wait for an update SW to be performed. Waited 30 mins to be checked in to be told it wo However, prior to that was a mess. I set an appointment to wait for an update SW to be performed. Waited 30 mins to be checked in to be told it would take at least 2 1/2 hrs. I couldn’t wait. Reschedule for over 2 weeks out via phone call to a day a loaner car was available. Called dealership day before appointment to be told I was down to drop the car off and there were no loaners. Was told someone would call me back that day. Late that day I called back and a different rep transferred me to a service technician that said the SW update should be completed in an hour. It actually took about an hour and a half, totally acceptable. The day of service my service technician was awesome More
I had a terrible experience today with the service department. I took my car in for a 3:00 pm appointment to do an oil change and waited for over two hours with no status update from the service advis department. I took my car in for a 3:00 pm appointment to do an oil change and waited for over two hours with no status update from the service advisor. At 5:15 pm I went to the service desk and was told by another advisor that they haven’t started working on my car yet. This is totally unacceptable, why give a person a 3 pm appointment and over two hours in nobody touched the car. This is a total disrespect and disregard for the customer’s time and definitely not the way to do business, I will never return to this dealership and I’ll tell my friends and relatives about my bad experience. More
