I had a terrible experience today with the service department. I took my car in for a 3:00 pm appointment to do an oil change and waited for over two hours with no status update from the service advis department. I took my car in for a 3:00 pm appointment to do an oil change and waited for over two hours with no status update from the service advisor. At 5:15 pm I went to the service desk and was told by another advisor that they haven’t started working on my car yet. This is totally unacceptable, why give a person a 3 pm appointment and over two hours in nobody touched the car. This is a total disrespect and disregard for the customer’s time and definitely not the way to do business, I will never return to this dealership and I’ll tell my friends and relatives about my bad experience. More
What has happened to the service department? If you are backed up, the least you could do is contact people who have said they will wait for service and let them know the situation. A complete waste of time and gas. So disappointed. Although I did not (as of yet) buy the car (Genesis G70) as I am still researching and looking at my options, I would still like to add that my customer service experience was excellent. BUYER BEWARE!!! I came in via the buying service provided by GEICO TRUECAR. The sales manager simply ignored the buying service price and started with the circus act of trying to negotiate an alrea provided by GEICO TRUECAR.
