Friendly and Top Notch I recently filed for bankruptcy and had received a letter from Nick Cutlip at Ourisman Hyundai. I carried my letter for nearly two weeks in my bag he I recently filed for bankruptcy and had received a letter from Nick Cutlip at Ourisman Hyundai. I carried my letter for nearly two weeks in my bag hesitant to call as I was unsure if I should get another car or better yet if I would be approved. I loved my old car (Toyota Camry) but I needed and wanted newer. So I took a leap of faith (and so glad I did) and called Nick. I spoke to him on the phone and told him exactly what I wanted, did not want, what I could afford and that I did not want to waste my time nor his. He understood 100% and said he would give me a call back. He called me back and wanted me to come in. Although I was still hesitant, I went anyway (I told my mom, I am leaving off the lot with a car today!!) Me, my kids and my mom got there and his same demeanor of positivity on the phone was the same in person and I instantly liked him. He gave me several options to choose from, explained the cars, features, etc. I test drove a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and I was in love!!! I thought the process was going to be long, drawn out, blah, blah, blah but let me tell you: me and my family was in and out in about 3 hours!! All of the staff was friendly, courteous, nice and very down to earth. It was no gimmicks or force to get something, it was either yes or no. I am so glad I came here as me and my kids are in a reliable, newer and beautiful 2016 Hyundai. Thank you soo much Nick!!! More
