Good Salespeople, Bad Finance Office The salespeople were wonderful, charming, and helpful but once their part is over the nightmare begins in the finance office. Fees were added. An appearance package was added automatically as soon as the cars are delivered so that was non-negotiable. There was a host of issues with other added fees that I did not realize were there until it was signed. My fault as I was exhausted and did not see them until I took a closer look at the cost breakdown later. I am also currently dealing with the fact that, according to the Hyundai website, I do not have the car. This has led to me being unable to log into the finance website or get the Blue Link app to work. Everything was perfect until I walked into the finance office. From there it went downhill in a hurry and the nightmare is ongoing. More
