I had great freedom in test driving any car I wished and I didn't have to wait long for the key. The haggling experience wasn't scary because I did my homework and brought facts when it came to internet price of the cars and the appraisal of my trade in. My appraisal from Carmax was honored and Nick worked me a great deal on my new Hyundai, applying a few extra discounts I did not expect.
