2003 Hyundai Accent auto started having bad transmission problems at 34K miles - drove to the dealership no problem. After checking it out they determined the entire transmission had to be replaced. Gave zero hassle on doing warranty work on replacing the transmission with a new one. Had transmission in stock so I got my car back almost exactly 48 hours after dropping it off. I purchase a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon in May of 08. It was a show case car. I test drove the car and it was some shaking in the stering wheels. There had me bring the car in so there can take it back to the shop there purchase the rims and tires from. It was fine after that.Took the car in to get my tires rotated and the problem came back.I have been going back and forth with this dealership for 10 months. I wrote to the manufacture so there can some out to look at the car. There felt the shaking in the wheels and do you know there had the nerves to say it is nothing there can do about it. I had to get my self a lawyer. Make long store short DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OURISMAN HYUNDAI IN LAUREL,MD. The manager don't give a xxxx "Andy", the service is POOR. If I knew this ahead of time I would buy a car from there. More
