We’ve owned a number of cars, and Lexus of Rockville has got to be the best dealership we’ve encountered. The sales consultant, Pei Pei Tsai, is highly efficient, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. Her manager, got to be the best dealership we’ve encountered. The sales consultant, Pei Pei Tsai, is highly efficient, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. Her manager, Kewei Wu, is likewise cheerful, patient, and listens well, unlike most dealership managers we had to deal with in the past. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable, provides a large waiting area with free drinks and snacks served with a smile. We definitely would recommend this place to our friends. More

Everyone was helpful and delightful to work with, especially our sales person, Lily Pereira. I am older than I will admit, so I am not new to the car buying process. I have been through it many times, and I always have approached car dealerships with dread and trepidation. Some of my past experiences with old school car dealers have been very unpleasant, with transparently phony salespeople who seemed to regard me as their "prey." Buying a car almost always was an hours-long ordeal. Not so this time! Lily and her colleagues were genuine, engaging, informative and respectful, and the entire process moved very quickly. We were in and out in only about 2 and a half hours, with a brand new car we love! More
I would give 0 stars if I was able too. I was in the market for a car, I found a cheaper one at another out of state dealer that was exactly the same as the one they had and my sales rep sa I was in the market for a car, I found a cheaper one at another out of state dealer that was exactly the same as the one they had and my sales rep said they will honor the price. I went in with my family to look at the car, numbers were good and we were ready to move forward. This is where it went all wrong. I told them I’m registering the car under my company in a different state. My salesperson wasn’t 100% about how that would work and said he’s going to ask. I’m glad he was honest about not 100% knowing. Then comes out Seth, he sat down and told me that I am unable to register my car there because of Lexus saying something to their dealer about buying a car in MD and registering in a different state under my company and that they can be penalized and something about some red flags. I told him that I will buy the car and handle the registration myself. Apparently that’s not an option either. This must be the only dealer that does this, I called 3 other dealers local to me and they said this is not a problem. I told him that no other Lexus dealer has a problem with this and that it is perfectly okay. He didn’t want to listen. He then asked me, how long have you had your business? What kind of business do you have? I then asked why is that any of your business? No response from him. He got up and walked away like he was annoyed about me wanting to register my car out of state. I will literally never do business with this dealer ever again. First time trying to buy a car there and this was my experience… and basically telling me I have no option but to register the car in MD was probably the best part. Awful experience. My salesperson was great. Seth was horrible. More
Working with Justin at my last service appointment was a great experience. He advised me on the time it would take and delivered the vehicle back to me quicker than expected. From the great jog the technician did on our lexus to the wonderfull customer service we got from Kathleen. She explained the issue and personally verified that the concern was addressed.
