These guys are great. Mike took care of me even though I didn’t have an appointment. They offered me a loaner, which was a Lexus, not a rental car. Omar, my service rep, greeted me with a smile and was very nice and attentive. My routine service was very good and Omar advised me of 2 failures that needed to be addressed. I approved replacing the 2 f very nice and attentive. My routine service was very good and Omar advised me of 2 failures that needed to be addressed. I approved replacing the 2 front tires which were found to have bubbles and were a safety hazard. Because I was having the 2 front tires replaced, I would also need to have a front end alignment which would take up to 1 1/2 hours. I approved. Two and one half hours later my SUV was ready. Fortunately the two front tires were on sale which helped to lessen the blow. Omar showed me how to maneuver through the menu to address an issue I had with the climate control and I was on my way.
