Came to Lexus of Rockville after a frustrating experience at another dealer. Justin and Ki greeted me right away, and scheduling was easy. The advisor told me it was the best they could do, so I contacted Lexus customer service. They asked Rockville to take another look. On the second visit, the team was much more responsive. Ki kept in touch with me by email throughout the process, and Justin helped bring my car in and set me up with a loaner. After a week, the car was fixed correctly. I’m happy with the final result and hope they maintain this level of dedicated service for future visits. More
